The latest in storage rentals for anything you have that needs a lot of room. Big Dawg Storage prides itself as the largest storage units in Hot Springs and Garland County Arkansas with numerous amenities. The first phase offers 43 units and when we finish our construction we will have a total of 87 units available for your renting pleasure and security.

The site is enclosed with 8’ “chain-link” fencing with 3 strands of wire at the top and an electric gate. We have the latest in 24/7 digital surveillance and monitoring equipment, with 24/7 access and always a friendly staff of folks to take care of your every need. You will receive a “keycard” which is programmed with a code to open the security gate when “read” by the “drive-up” reader. This will open the gate for entry to the property. The gate then closes automatically behind you.

When ready to leave the site, you will once again drive up to the reader and hold your card within 8” to open the gate. Once again, the gate will close automatically behind you.

We also have a state of the art dump station and wash area for those who have a need for those items.

Our bay units are 14’ X 16’ X 50’ and our solid metal divider walls go all the way to the top for a completely secure unit. The roof is insulated to eliminate condensation dripage. Concrete slab floors to park/store on and we have a local exterminator spray 3 times per year for your valuables’ safety.

We also have an option to remove inside walls for those who need larger areas. This option also comes with a discounted price depending on the size of area needed.

Each unit is lighted and has a 15a receptacle to run a battery charger etc. The doors are 12’ X 14’ and individual codes operate an electric opener which eliminates the use of a lock, latches, and theft. Each unit has its own passcode programmed into its keypad.

We can be reached from several routes, with easy access from all. Driving area is all asphalt and accessible with the largest units incl. tractor/trailer rigs.
