STATEMENT BY THE ARTIST:

Over the course of recorded history man has felt impelled to record his reactions and insight in visual form. The artist is always in revolt looking for new, individual forms of expressions. Thus art changes, rapidly or slowly. The difficult task is to make a personal statement that also has value as communcation.. The artist can only hope that his presentation has validity to the viewer.

My work incorporates materials that exhibit characteristics of chaos; those having encountered elements of destruction or great stress or abuse. Out of this disorder, taking the energy inherent in phase forms, I combine them in such a way as to produce order and unity, but refrain remnants of the power that will provide an emotional recognition in the viewer.
